We started NeuroAiD on the first week of January. He started swallowing purees mid January, started eating solid food mid February, got back complete bladder control end of January, starting walking with a cane end of February, got his voice back but has been diagnosed with aphasia and all the feeling is back in his arm now although it is not strong enough to do anything with.

“My 51 year old brother, an SVP of Consulting in a very large technology company had a left brain stroke mid December 2009 and was left very debilitated; he did not get to the hospital in time for the drugs to reverse the impact.

Initially, he was profoundly paralyzed on his right side, had no voice, could not swallow and had lost bladder control.

We combined NeuroAiD with intense rehab therapies, a very supportive family environment and lots of prayers. This has been truly the most difficult time in our life but we have great hope for a full recovery. My brother is now able to go back to his own home, to go up and down stairs, his language skills are coming back and his arm gets stronger every day.

Although we will never know for sure, we believe NeuroAiD has played a huge part in my brother’s recovery. His prognosis was not very good but now we are very confident that with time he will have a very good recovery. We are taking one day at a time and celebrating his many achievements. We hope our experience will help you in your difficult time with a loved one.”
