Talk to your doctor about stroke recovery and NeuroAiD™

NeuroAiD™ is an add-on to your existing therapy and treatment. Stroke patients receive a number of medicines to prevent the risk of a secondary stroke, and these medicines treat issues such as blood clotting factors, cholesterol lowering, and blood pressure management. NeuroAiD™ specifically addresses the recovery of neurological functions; it is therefore an add-on to existing treatments prescribed by your doctor, which should not be discontinued.

In case you take anticoagulants, we recommend you ask your doctor to help you monitor your INR (International Normalized Ratio), similar to what is recommended for any change in the drug you are taking. INR needs to be monitored to ensure the target INR range is maintained.

A frequent question mainly asked by patients in the West is why a number of doctors do not know about NeuroAiD™ or are not willing to recommend it or prescribe it to them. This is an important question, and we encourage that you always talk with your doctor about NeuroAiD™. They can consult our section dedicated to medical professionals here
