TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Price and Payment

1.1 The Price that Customers have to pay will be shown on Paypal order page.
1.2 Payment shall be made either via credit card on the Paypal website, or by cheque when the order is placed on the phone.

2. Delivery

2.1 The delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation is an estimate. The place of delivery is as stated in the Order Confirmation.
2.2 Any missing, wrong or damaged Products or packaging should be noted on the waybill prior to signing it.

3. Responsibilities

Responsibilities and ownership pass to Custome upon shipment of the Products.

4. Returns

4.1 For justified returns, Product(s) must be made available for collection as and when reasonably requested by Moleac.
4.2 Justifiable requests for return or exchange of Moleac products will be considered on an individual basis at the company’s discretion with the following guidelines:

    1. Products in an unsaleable condition because of broken seals, opened packages, or soiled, price-marketed or destroyed labels on packages.
    2. Products which have deteriorated as a result of improper storage or damaged by fire, smoke, water or other factors beyond our control.
    3. Products which have been sold on a non-returnable special/quantity offer price.
    4. Products which have been discontinued, other than for regulatory reasons
    5. Products for which the Purchaser cannot submit satisfactory evidence of direct purchase from Moleac Pte Ltd
  4. Returnable
    1. Products should be checked upon receipt and if found to be damaged, replacement willl be considered provided if immediate notification (within 24 hours) is made to a Moleac employee
  6. Storage
    1. Certain products require special storage temperature conditions, in accordance with the caution label attached to each package. The company cannot accept responsibility for loss of potency or other deletion effects through failure to heed these precautions.

 

5. Patient Responsibility and Waiver and Consent

By accepting these Conditions, I affirm as if under oath and state truthfully that:

5.1 I am a competent adult at least 18 years of age.

5.2 I am permitted by law in my locale to receive the medication(s).

5.3 I will promptly contact my local physician for any necessary medical intervention should a complication or concern result related to the use of the product.

5.4 I understand that use of this website is completely voluntary and initiated by me. I attest that I am accessing this site because I am seeking treatment for an identifiable medical condition. I understand that all products purchased cannot be returned or refunded.

 

6. Data Protection

Personal data obtained by Moleac from Customer shall be held and processed in accordance with all applicable laws and consistent with

Moleac Privacy Policy . Moleac may share such personal data with other Moleac entities, agents, or subcontractors performing services for Moleac. Moleac may also transfer personal data to affiliated companies, which may be outside Singapore or the European Economic Area. In such case Moleac will provide adequate protection to safeguard personal data.

 

7. Law and Jurisdiction, Severability, Notices

 

7.1 Singaporean law is applicable and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

7.2 ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BY MY USE OF THIS WEB SITE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH USE IS AT MY SOLE RISK.
